GNU Free Documentation License Is there anyone in here who has hired a home stager when selling their home? Q. I was looking into this as a career and wanted to see if it's a good thing to get into. A home stager is someone who helps you to declutter and make the home your selling more show home like, it helps people see themselves in that home. The newspaper has tons of FSBO ads. Try calling some and see if anyone is interested. You could also try calling some of the larger real estate companies and work as a stager and also maybe do some other assistant work. Answered by Susan H - Mon Jul 21 03:31:47 2008 I am on section 8, my landlord notified me he was selling the house.? Q. I have been a good tenant for 3 years. He did not give me a written notice. Now he expects me to move by January 6 to bring in the Stagers and appraisers. What are my options? Asked by annemarie r - Wed Dec 26 14:48:08 2007 - - 15 Answers - 0 Comments A. As long as he told you by December 6th you have no options. The house does not belong to you and he has every right to sell it. The appraisers usually do not enter, but they can before you move out. Your stuff will not effect the house price, although he might want to update things first. If you are in CA you are entitled to a 60 day notice since you have been in the same residence for 3 years, but I think that is the only state that gives long term tenants the extra time.
