What type of action can I take against an unprofessional professor?
Q. I am currently attending a community college and am having a major problem with my instructor. I had to withdraw from one (of two) of his classes because of his complete unprofessional manor. The instructor openly tells racist/sexists jokes, demeans students from other classes, and literally acts like a clown by throwing water on his face and speaking like a Nazi. Is there any action I can take against him because this is a complete joke and insult to the education system!

A. Affirmative Action in and of itself is a racist and discriminatory practice. In the guise of helping struggling minorities, it enables them to be hired for positions in which they may not be qualified for, or at least not the best candidate. It presents this notion that some people NEED assistance, while others, i.e. white people, don t need it. If anything, if I were a minority, I would be offended that certain standards would have to be lowered for me, just so I can have my slice of the pie. Why should I have to work any less than someone else?

A. Ok i had this same problem. When you insert the USB a box comes up on the computer that says the install... yada yada yada... so then you click the first bubble and then insert the disc. then wait for a sec and the box will change or you will have to click next. then once it is done open up the manager and it should detect it.

A. Copyright violation is a civil action. You will have to pay to bring a suit and it could potentially be expensive. Start by contacting their ISP and telling them that they are infringing your copyright. As long as you can prove it then they will suspend the site. (or should).

A. Early action and early decision are two different things. Early action is non-binding while early decision is a binding commitment to attend the school if accepted. Early action lets you get all your materials in early and you know if you are accepted much sooner than through the normal admissions process. My daughter went with early action and knew that she was accepted at all three of her choices. The drawback to early action is you still have to wait until April to find out about financial aid most of the time.

Much like the old soviet union, they will eventually collapse. The Korean people are starving while their leader is bankrupting the country in a quest for weapons. A. If you are in the US you can terminate him immediately. And if they company is smart, they will. Blacklisted across the industry is a bit of overkill. He'll either learn from his mistake and not do it again, or he'll try it again and get caught. A. If I can remember correctly back to my college airbrush class (seems like a million years ago)... With a double-action airbrush, you press the button to get the airflow, then pull back to start the paint. With single-action you just get air and paint together right away (like a spraypaint can would do). Ahhh yes. I remembered correctly.
